  • It applies to all merchants, their staff and anyone who has access to the platform.
  • Violating any clause leads to immediate disciplinary action proportionate to the severity of the breach.

Prohibited content

  • Illegal content that violates applicable laws and regulations.
  • Pornographic and offensive content and material promoting sexual services.
  • Hate speech and racism and incitement to discrimination.
  • Incitement to violence and promotion of terrorist activities.
  • Content harmful to children — absolutely prohibited.
  • Drugs and prohibited substances and unlicensed medications.
  • Weapons and dangerous materials in countries that prohibit their trade.
  • Intellectual-property infringement and violation of copyright and trademarks.

  • Fraud and financial deception and theft of buyers' financial data.
  • Money-laundering operations and concealing their sources.
  • Gambling, betting and lotteries.

  • Permanent closure and banning the merchant in cases of serious violations.
  • The right to litigate when severe material or moral damages are caused.
  • Full cooperation with authorities in cases of exploitation, terrorism or money laundering.

Appeals and grievances

  • You can appeal a suspension or closure decision via: appeals@takkastore.com.
  • Provide justifications and evidence proving no violation occurred or that errors were corrected.
  • The compliance team reviews the request and responds with a final decision within 5 to 10 business days.
